About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and experienced leader to fill the position of Chief People Officer - Innovation Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our human capital strategy, leading through change, and promoting a unified work culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement policies and practices that align with our organizational culture and values. This role reports directly to the President/CEO and serves on the Executive team, providing departmental leadership and oversight of the People and Culture (P&C) department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive human capital strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
  • Lead through change, implementing change management strategies to support staff and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Provide oversight of the entire employee lifecycle and ensure a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet staffing needs and create a fully inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, organizational culture, policies, and JEDI values.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of executive HR experience in a company or organization of at least 100 full-time employees. A SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification is preferred.

Salary Range: $220,000-$240,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
