With our uncapped commission opportunities, you can earn a competitive salary of $18.22 - $21.91 per hour, plus commissions that can exceed $62,460 per year.

In this role, you will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, leveraging your personalized sales expertise to create meaningful connections. You will work on the sales floor, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Your schedule will be between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
