Key Responsibilities
- Staffing: Recruit, schedule, and lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customer satisfaction is the top priority and that all customers receive a positive shopping experience.
- Delivery Results: Develop and implement sales forecasts, manage inventory, and oversee payroll to ensure the store meets its sales and profit targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by implementing effective merchandising strategies and meeting Rally House visual standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in coaching and developing others.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong merchandising and visual skills, with the ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
Working Conditions
The Store Manager will be required to stand and walk for long periods, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. The position also requires the ability to work in, on, around, over, and under fixed equipment and ladders.
