About the Role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at CI Select, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every client feels supported, excited, and confident as we bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Lead our clients through every step of their project, from the initial quote to the final invoice.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with vendors, field operations teams, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Client Communication: Be the primary point of contact for clients, alleviating any concerns, answering questions, and keeping enthusiasm high as projects progress.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive success by obtaining and applying vendor discounts, managing quotes, and ensuring pricing accuracy.

What We're Looking For
  • Educational Background: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have at least one year of experience in customer service, commercial interior design, account management, or project management.
  • Skills: A valid driver's license and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
