About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Professional to join our team at Midwest BankCentre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell banking products and services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and credit card applications.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch goals, participate in sales and service training, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of bank customer contact or retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively, technologically savvy, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Willing and able to travel to other locations/branches, willing and able to work required overtime, and flexibility to work some weekends and evenings as per business needs.
