Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting projects from receipt of order through client acceptance, ensuring that the proposed solution meets the technical requirements to deliver on design intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and refine the detailed material list and account for all job costs associated with projects assigned.
  • Create or coordinate with CAD resources to create submittal and installation documentation that is required for a given project.
  • Support troubleshooting of issues in the field at the request of assistance from a Lead Installer.
  • Provide a detailed material list and account for all job costs associated with projects assigned.
  • Adjust communications to fit the audience and message. Shares information freely and openly and with other stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with RoomReady operations team to deliver the scope and intent of the proposed solution for implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • CTS or ability to achieve within 6 months of employment.
  • Strong aptitude and desire to learn AV design and systems engineering.
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and aptitude may be considered in lieu of, for the right candidate.
  • A preferred candidate will be a CTS-I or CTS-D.
