We are seeking a highly skilled AV Sales Engineer to join our team at RoomReady. As an AV Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and project managers. Your primary responsibility will be to take complex audio-visual systems from start to completion with client acceptance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate job costs for design-build projects in conjunction with the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of AV systems, including design, installation, and integration.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Design Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- CTS-D certification or ability to achieve within 6 months of employment.
- Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including digital signal processing software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
