Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at Larson Design Group, Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure design accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain design budgets and schedules for complex projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of design software and tools, including CAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Microstation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
