Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the team, including conducting daily meetings, managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Provide practical technical expertise for the areas managed by the team.
  • Remove obstacles to enable the team to perform at a high level and meet deadlines and established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Work independently towards the shared objectives of the department and the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience leading a technical team with operational duties.
  • Experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco NDFC, Cisco ISE, F5, and related applications.
  • Familiarity with Cisco telecommunication systems, including planning and executing upgrades.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide telecom solutions.
  • Knowledge of Azure Networking is advantageous.

Compensation Information:

CorVel employs a market-based approach to compensation, and salary ranges may vary based on geographic location. Pay rates are determined by factors such as federal, state, and local minimum wage laws, geographic location differentials, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change.

For roles with multiple levels (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be placed at a different level, either higher or lower, based on assessments conducted during the interview process, taking into account experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position. The level may influence the salary range, and these adjustments will be clarified during the offer process.

Salary Range: $79,704 – $132,692
