$100,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Description
As a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
  • Cordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
