A leading civil construction company is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee site operations and supervise field personnel.

This key role provides the necessary support and resources to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Project Manager who can consistently deliver projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead field staff and act as liaison between field operations and management.
  • Solve problems and challenges related to construction activities and cost control.
  • Report to General Management
  • Perform project audits and manage cost control.
  • Work with Project Foreman to oversee construction activities at work sites.
  • Maintain lookahead schedules.
  • Weekly reports on routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Submit work job tickets to General Management.
  • Review plans through the project and daily records of all quantities.
  • Coordinate daily lane closures as needed.
  • Coordinate dump locations for millings.
  • Calculate initial take-offs with plans.
  • Oversee QA/QC testing.
  • Prepare subgrade layouts. Verify subgrades are correct.
  • Review thickness and additional reinforcement requirements needed for projects. Prepare subgrade layouts. Create plans for implementation.
  • Identify grading deviations between plans and field.
  • Daily records quantities for each project.
  • Review and correct any differential in yields between plan and installation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years paving foreman experience.
  • OSHA 30 required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • Possesses passion, integrity, hard work, and professionalism.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
