Job Title: Construction CoordinatorAbout the Role

This is a key position in our team, responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate site activities to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
  2. Collaborate with civil engineers to review blueprints, site plans, and project specifications.
  3. Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  4. Manage communication between contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
  5. Evaluate site safety and quality standards, enforcing company policies and regulatory requirements.
  6. Oversee material and equipment delivery, inventory, and maintenance.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate records of project milestones, site conditions, and equipment logs.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, site supervision, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
