Our Truck Rental Division is committed to delivering exceptional service and well-maintained vehicles within the truck rental sector. The Fleet Maintenance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our diverse range of Medium-Duty trucks are clean, detailed, and undergo light maintenance.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this role is $18 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $20 per hour based on prior experience with box trucks.

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday: Off
  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors, including windshields and windows.
  • Safely operate various vehicles on and off the lot, assisting with local deliveries and related tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain fluid levels across all vehicles.
  • Report any potential safety hazards or vehicle issues to management.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and replacing lights.
  • Keep the work area and tools organized and in optimal condition.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, including no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.

DOT Compliance:

Applicants must meet Department of Transportation regulations, including being at least 21 years old and qualified to drive under DOT standards. A medical examiner's certificate may be required.
