Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Southall Farm & Inn is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure a high level of quality and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and touch-ups of various systems and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Use basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical skills to perform tasks and repairs.
- Work safely and efficiently, using personal protective equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift up to 80 pounds.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
