Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic and rehabilitative procedures and diagnostic tests for patients with cardiopulmonary abnormalities.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop optimal cardiopulmonary care plans.
- Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of therapy for patients.
Requirements:
- Completion of an AMA/CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
- Associates degree in Science, Allied Health, or equivalent.
- Must obtain licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan within five months.
