Job Summary

Corewell Health is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Dearborn. As a key member of our Respiratory Care Therapy department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services to assist physicians in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiopulmonary and related disorders.
  • Participate in the education of patients, students, staff, and physicians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Provide technical support for all equipment related to the practice of Respiratory Care, ensuring optimal functionality and patient safety.
  • Assist with general department functions, including cleaning, assembling, and maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting problems to ensure proper functioning of respiratory equipment.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • Eligible for position after attainment of RRT NBRC status
  • LIC-Respiratory Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
  • CRT-Respiratory Therapist Registry - NBRC National Board for Respiratory Care
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross
