Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the reception area, providing assistance and information to residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Welcome all visitors, address inquiries, ensure guest logs are signed, and direct phone calls appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, perform basic office tasks, and maintain visitor records.
  • Respond to resident emergencies by contacting the necessary internal and external parties according to established protocols.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to two years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
