You will be responsible for collaborating with IT and business stakeholders while working closely with a dedicated Product team to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct multiple large-scale programs and projects.
  • Establish and maintain project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, and trackers to monitor progress.
  • Communicate project expectations, risks, and escalations effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Manage resource allocation, identify overallocated resources, and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Formulate and uphold robust strategies for potential risks and issues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams towards shared objectives within strict deadlines.
  • Create project plans and manage scope changes.
  • Provide regular project status updates on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and automation.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complex software projects within an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of software and infrastructure engineering technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of coordinating and influencing team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Adaptable and effective leader who excels under pressure and during significant changes.
  • Willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in PMP or CSM.
  • Previous experience in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide teams.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to task completion.

Compensation

The pay range for this contract position is $60-$80/hour, depending on experience. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations.
