Patient Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Experience Specialist to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating patients on new-to-market healing technologies and helping them understand the benefits of TMS and Ketamine.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain expertise on TMS and Ketamine, with training and studies provided
- Take ownership of patient care, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with patients to connect treatment solutions to their individual needs
- Support patient healing through education, connection, and focus on TMS and Ketamine

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with basic math skills
- Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and ability to connect with individuals
