Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at True North Health Center in Colorado Springs. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Patients: Warmly greet patients, guide them through their visits, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our advanced EHR system, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including appointment history, medical information, and treatment plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure a high percentage of kept appointments, resolve patient concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Assist patients with required paperwork, re-exams, and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic health records systems and ability to handle patient interactions with professionalism.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead team discussions.
