Compensation Details:
New York:
the salary range for this position is $275,000 to $275,000
The anticipated salary range(s) for this position is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.

You will be part of the Global Industrials Group (GIG) team, serving as a Director (VP equivalent) within the Energy Transition division.
Your role will involve providing critical analytical support in idea generation and transaction execution, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, and the execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Your Expertise- a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- prior experience in an investment banking capacity focusing on the energy transition sector
- strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- client and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- continuously seeking to enhance your skill set, particularly in relationship building
