We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Healthcare team at Leerink Partners LLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to senior bankers on the Biopharma and Healthcare Services team in a variety of financing and M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in client transactions, projects, or assignments as an Analyst of the investment banking team.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for current and prospective clients.
- Prepare valuation analyses of clients and targets.
- Review business plans, conduct research, and analyze financial statements.
- Perform due diligence investigations.
- Interact with clients and internal banking team.
- 3+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on healthcare-related transactions.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including knowledge of financial accounting.
- Highly motivated, energetic, personable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
