Program Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to provide administrative support to our Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECI). The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, client record management, and document processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of client records into Texas Kids Intervention Data System (T-Kids) and Apricot
  • Compile and sort client information for accurate data entry
  • Process documents and resolve discrepancies
  • Secure information by completing database backups
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Associate's degree, strongly preferred
  • Language skills in English and Spanish, preferred
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office products and database applications
  • Experience operating general office equipment and telephone systems
  • Knowledge of the principles of organization, office management, and administrative procedures
