Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to oversee the Front Office operations during the overnight shift. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Night Audit Procedures: Conduct thorough audits, balancing transactions, and preparing daily reports to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel assets by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing daily reports, balancing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field is required.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is necessary; college coursework in a related field is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
