Overview:
We are in search of highly motivated individuals to become part of our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will utilize their engaging personality to leave a lasting first impression on our guests.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking in and registering guests, serving as a knowledgeable resource regarding the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area.

Your Role:
• Assist guests in discovering their ideal travel experiences

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest

• Facilitate guest check-ins, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are acknowledged and fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.

• Address and resolve issues, ensuring guest satisfaction through effective recovery strategies

• Promote and sell special hotel programs.

• Collaborate with hotel staff in a professional manner, providing necessary information to other departments.

• Be well-versed in all emergency procedures and policies.

• Maintain the house bank.

• Communicate all relevant information to the manager on duty.

• Adhere to established procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.

• Assist other departments as required.

Qualifications:
Must be available to work 1st and 2nd shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
