- Maintain accurate logs of work activities in accordance with company policies.
- Implement lead management processes and achieve sales and marketing targets as directed.
- Monitor studio inventory daily to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Promote additional services to meet guest needs and enhance revenue.
- Follow revenue management strategies as outlined by management.
- Perform laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens, along with maintaining laundry facilities.
- Cross-train in various non-management roles and assist in those areas as needed.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
