Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to maximize sales potential.
  • Demonstrate and showcase Andor confocal microscopy systems to prospective clients and at industry events.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of new customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer feedback reports.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and regional application specialists to enhance sales efforts.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing customers while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Attend regular sales meetings to provide insights and suggestions for product improvements.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, with a postgraduate degree being highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, particularly in technical products, is essential. Familiarity with confocal microscopy and a strong sales acumen are critical for success in this role.
