The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. This individual serves customers by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming orders, scheduling deliveries, and keeping customers informed of their order status.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer calls displaying good phone skills
