Program Manager for Family Based Recovery

Wheeler Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the Family Based Recovery program. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight and leadership to the program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to staff
  • Develop and manage program budgets to ensure financial sustainability
  • Recruit and manage program staff, including disciplinary actions as needed
  • Collaborate with funders and community providers to promote system development and Wheeler Clinic's reputation
  • Ensure program compliance with data collection and submission requirements
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and provide regular supervision to clinicians and case managers
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Connecticut License to practice independently (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
