Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project team members, vendors, and stakeholders to analyze, map, and document current state technology systems and business processes.
- Investigative and Analytical Skills: Utilize proven investigative and analytical skills to access and yield findings from various sources of information.
- Joint Application Development (JAD) Sessions: Facilitate JAD sessions to drive and facilitate the development of strategic project activities and artifacts.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Understand the SDLC and be able to work in a waterfall and/or Agile environment.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with HR and Technology partners to support the replacement of multiple timekeeping solutions and the implementation of PeopleSoft Timekeeping and Absence Management.
- eProcurement and Contract Management: Collaborate with Procurement and Technology partners to support the implementation of eProcurement, Contract Management, Supplier Portal, and Strategic Sourcing.
- Test Case Development: Create and maintain test cases, and understand requirement traceability matrix.
- Consensus Building: Build consensus across groups on future state workflows and business processes.
- Technology Strategic Roadmap Planning: Assist in developing and providing operational and regulatory report capabilities.
- Asset Performance Measures: Identify and develop asset performance measures, key performance indicators, quality assurance metrics, and improvement measures.
- Experience: Must have experience in data work and/or migration, including understanding of ROT (Redundant, Obsolete, and Trivial) data cleansing, Flat File data review, dataset identification, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) work.
- Skills: Proven investigative and analytical skills, ability to facilitate JAD sessions, understanding of SDLC, and experience with requirements gathering.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
