Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing business problems, defining project scope, and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze business problems and define project scope
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal/external team members
• Assess, research, analyze, and document sponsor/stakeholder needs
• Support the Experience Owner/Product Owner in planning, executing, controlling, and closing phases
• Develop and maintain process maps, documentation, and implementation plans
• Coordinate and provide support to the business with process implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and process mapping
• Experience with Jira software is preferred
• Strong command of the English language, written and oral
