Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update distribution lists for situational awareness reporting and information sharing across various agencies.
  • Facilitate data transfers between client enclaves with proper authorization, adhering to established procedures.
  • Implement client policies and procedures relevant to operational duties.
  • Identify and suggest enhancements to operational processes.
  • Coordinate with federal cyber centers and law enforcement regarding cyber threats and incidents.
  • Engage in a collaborative government cyber community, coordinating with various federal and state agencies.
  • Monitor multiple communication channels for updates on cyber advisories and threats.
  • Conduct research and basic analysis using various communication tools as directed.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging threats and ongoing investigations.
  • Respond to preliminary cyber threat information following established protocols.
  • Assess cyber incidents to prioritize and manage them according to established guidelines.
  • Provide analytical support to enhance monitoring activities and develop preliminary reports.
  • Supply additional information for incidents to relevant units.
  • Receive and process preliminary threat information.
  • Deliver situational awareness and reporting on developing threats and cyber incidents.
  • Utilize tracking systems as per established procedures.
  • Prepare and produce documentation for CyWatch products, including writing and editing.
  • Conduct closed-source research using internal systems as needed.
  • Maintain daily logs of communications and meetings as required.
  • Assist in drafting responses to threat information.
  • Transfer data to the appropriate record-keeping systems.
  • Conduct open-source research as directed.
  • Support documentation preparation.
  • Participate in briefings related to current cyber threats and incidents.
  • Complete mandatory training as required.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with the capability to obtain SCI and pass a CI-Polygraph Examination.
  • High school diploma with three years of general office experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant training may substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with standard office equipment.
