Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing programs, managing customer reports, and providing administrative support to the marketing manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing programs, including the administration of COOP funds and the application of these funds for promotional items.
  • Track and ensure complete usage of COOP funds, request reimbursement, and collect funds.
  • Manage counter retailing for all branches and support seasonal resets.
  • Support sales team with customer-specific programs determined by Frost.
  • Create blog or social media content as needed.
  • Support and assist marketing initiatives/agenda as directed or needed.
  • Follow all workplace safety standards and follow established safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of distribution business systems, Microsoft Office Products, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with Eclipse or other automated business operating systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge desired but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and may require extended periods of sitting.
  • Some travel among branches may be required.

  • Work with Digital Coordinator for all graphics and updates

  • Counter Resets
