Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team in Marlborough, MA. As a key member of our Sensor Power and Analog Design (SPAD) Department, you will be responsible for designing and developing power conversion and distribution systems for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and simulate power conversion and distribution systems using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new design concepts and technologies.
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to resolve production issues and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support design and testing activities.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in power system design, power conversion, and distribution.
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience with modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in hardware development in the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
