About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Display Management Planner to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our External Manufacturing Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of customer display orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to streamline External Manufacturing Operations, ensuring efficient and effective order management.
  • Customer Service: Partner with 3rd party suppliers to manage their weekly schedule, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Supply Planning, Commercial Strategy, Sales, and External business partners/locations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and determine production needs based on orders and forecasts. Ensure accurate process adherence, including order lead time, schedule adherence, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and resolve operational issues, such as component shortages, prior to production. Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and support to VAS locations through weekly calls and email communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial Strategy, to develop plans to best serve customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or five years of experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and SharePoint. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Investigative mindset, effective communication skills, ability to work with complex data, and a desire to research and develop solutions.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring the ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
