We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our plant leadership team, you will drive improvements in safety, food safety, service, financial results, quality, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the plant-wide cost savings program to meet annual targets, identifying, validating, coaching, and executing projects.
- Establish and maintain plant KPIs and visual factory tools, serving as KPLAS/downtime reporting system owner.
- Continually expand and enhance knowledge levels of Kellogg Work Systems, lean manufacturing, and industry "best in class" manufacturing cost savings projects and operations practices to develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support team approaches to solving problems, maintaining positive and productive relations with the hourly workforce, plant management team, sister plant resources, and corporate resources.
- Provide support and leadership in the transition to digital factory management.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field with manufacturing experience in project and process management or extensive exposure in process improvement in packaging manufacturing environment.
- A history of driving projects to focus on building sustainable processes to improve OEE as well as driving improvement through SMED methodologies.
- Well-versed in working with Operations and Training Departments to ensure progression of Operations Team members as well as mentoring Operations team members in manufacturing equipment concepts and processes.
- Healthcare coverage, including vision and dental.
