Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and tenant reconciliations.
- Manage service contracts and supervise tenant improvements.
- Conduct property inspections and provide insightful recommendations.
- Utilize YARDI Voyager for integrated accounting tasks.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
What You Bring:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
- Possession of CPM or RPA designation.
- Experience with capital improvement initiatives.
- Strong comprehension of financial reports, including analysis of actual versus budgeted figures.
- Proven experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
