As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing engaging and educational activities for 3-year-old preschoolers. Your passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and lead daily lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
* Organize and participate in games and activities that foster a love of learning
* Provide weekly lesson plans to parents and maintain open communication
* Maintain records of attendance and arrival/departure times
* Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety
* Conduct parent-teacher conferences and address any concerns
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
* Preschool CDA required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* 6-12 months of childcare experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles
* Ability and desire to work with infants, toddlers, preschool, and school-age children
* Working knowledge of computers and experience with software applications
* YMCA experience preferred
