Support senior staff in delivering comprehensive presentations to recruits during training and in-processing, providing an overview of Navy Federal's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Present to recruits on Navy Federal's digital channels and assist in establishing digital services.
- Prepare membership packets, collect and edit account information, open accounts, and process credit card applications.
- Respond to basic inquiries regarding Navy Federal products, services, and membership eligibility.
- Identify and coordinate resolution of issues that occur during membership activities.
- Support branch financial briefs and member acquisition events.
- Perform moderately complex platform banking functions, including new account opening and digital services.
- Understand member needs, provide quality service, and respond quickly and accurately to member requests for information.
- Counsel current and prospective members about Navy Federal's products and services.
- Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
- Identify patterns of activity indicating possible fraud or account abuse.
- Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services.
- Experience with public speaking in a professional and/or corporate setting.
- Experience in training or adult education.
- Experience in member/customer service positions, preferably in a call center, retail banking, or financial institution.
- Advanced knowledge of Navy Federal's functions, philosophy, operations, and organizational objectives.
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Located at the Boulevard de France Building 202, Parris Island, SC 29905.
