Job Summary

Job Title: Branch Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to resolve account matters and negotiate repayment or settlement of account balances
  • Work with customers in a consultative manner to achieve delinquency goals for an assigned branch
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to resolve customer delinquencies and provide excellent customer service
  • Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business objectives

Preferred Qualifications
  • Collections or customer service experience
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
