Support senior staff in executing recruit membership presentations regarding Navy Federal Credit Union membership; provide an overview of a full range of products and services including depository accounts, lending products and credit/debit cards. Work with senior staff to develop presentation proficiency; may present to small groups on specific products or services or larger groups under guidance from senior staff. Work is performed under direct supervision.

Support senior staff in delivering comprehensive presentations to recruits during recruit training and in-processing Present to recruits on Navy Federal's digital channels and assist in establishing digital services to include Navy Federal Online and Mobile Banking Prepare membership packets, collect and edit account information, open accounts, establish direct deposits, and process credit card applications and certificates Respond to basic inquiries regarding Navy Federal products, services, and membership eligibility Identify and coordinate resolution of issues that occur during membership activities (., automated systems and vendor supply problems) Support branch financial briefs and member acquisition events Perform moderately complex platform banking functions to include new account opening, digital services, credit card and basic consumer loan applications and debit card servicing Understand member needs, provide quality service, and respond quickly and accurately to member requests for information Counsel current and prospective members about Navy Federal's products and services Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly Identify patterns of activity indicating possible fraud or account abuse Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services Develop knowledge of Navy Federal products/services, security updates, fraud alerts, policies, procedures, marketing initiatives, etc. Provide functional/operational support to the branch/region as dictated by workload and business need Perform other duties as assigned Working knowledge of savings products, checking products, accounts and services Familiarity with cross servicing techniques and member engagement methods Working knowledge of savings products, checking products, accounts and services Familiarity with cross servicing techniques and member engagement methods
 

Desired Qualifications
