Job Description

Job Title: HUMINT Enabling Instructor

Location: Washington, DC

Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert instruction on HUMINT enabling operations, including National Level HUMINT operations and Military Sources Operations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective HUMINT collection and operations management
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay current on HUMINT subject matter and update course materials accordingly
  • Evaluate student performance and contribute to course evaluations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training meets DoD HUMINT enabling and collection operations management policies and legal authorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a DoD certified HUMINT collector with expertise in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine or HUMINT Operations Support
  • Knowledge of DoD HUMINT enabling and collection operations management policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT systems
  • Familiarity with HUMINT Operations Support Officer career tracks and other associated certification courses
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
