Position Summary:We are seeking a Global Account Executive to manage one of our largest Industrial Global accounts. This role involves collaborating with various resources within Renesas to achieve ambitious growth objectives across our product offerings in Analog & Connectivity, Power, Embedded Processing, and High-Performance Computing.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement a sales strategy aimed at maximizing revenue growth, enhancing market share, and solidifying Renesas as a strategic supplier.
- Gain insights into customer strategies, organizational structures, operations, and key decision-makers to optimize Renesas' business share within the account.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, and management teams, from operational levels to executive leadership.
- Lead and collaborate with global and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Support worldwide customer manufacturing locations in partnership with Renesas global service operations, providing demand forecasts and addressing supply chain challenges.
- Take ownership of and drive the overall business performance for the assigned Global Account.
- This position is home-office based, requiring frequent travel for face-to-face customer engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the semiconductor industry, ideally in broadline semiconductor OEM sales.
- Comfortable and experienced in a global role.
- Exceptional customer interaction and negotiation skills, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- A proactive sales mentality.
- Familiarity with a wide range of IC categories within the Renesas portfolio is preferred (MCU/MPU, Analog, Connectivity, Power).
- Proven track record of making successful business decisions that yield positive outcomes.
- Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
- Fluent in English.
- Located in or open to relocating to the Eastern US (preferably Southeast US).
The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000, with eligibility for additional bonus opportunities. Please note that the final offer will be influenced by geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate's skill set.
