KIDSTEPS early intervention program is seeking an exceptional LPC to develop and implement family-centered activities that promote positive outcomes for children and families. About the Role

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing children and families to plan, develop, implement, and review curriculums and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families. You will also complete and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess children and families to assist with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSPs.
  • Complete and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
  • Perform functions of service coordinator, ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state's quality assurance team.
Requirements
  • Maintain current state license.
  • Possess and maintain valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulations.
  • Have a valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
