Welcome to Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company. The Client Relations Specialist is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our consumers and clients throughout their interaction with Natalie's. Key Responsibilities:

  • Input customer orders into the ERP/NetSuite system accurately.
  • Comprehend customer details such as shipping dates, order dates, delivery routes, and special items ordered.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to their orders, including modifications, adding items, delivery inquiries, and product information.
  • Notify clients once their orders have been received and entered into the system, providing order confirmations upon completion.
  • Support the corporate phone line by directing calls to appropriate departments, answering consumer questions about the brand and products, and assisting team members with order-related inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, consumers, and team members, both internally and externally.
  • Deliver professional customer service that exceeds expectations, ensuring thorough information is provided and all questions are addressed.
  • Conduct daily audits to verify that customer purchase orders align with the orders entered into the system, ensuring all details are accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
