Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Geospatial Data Specialist to join our team at McKim & Creed, Inc. As a key member of our surveying department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality maps and drawings using various software platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and detailed maps and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 and other software platforms.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
  • Download and upload field data, perform construction calculations, and conduct property research as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018, Microstation, and other relevant software platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in surveying and geospatial data processing.
  • Knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, and utility route surveys.
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center and other relevant software platforms.
