About the Role:
In this role, you'll lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, develop and execute business growth strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and providing coaching and guidance to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue.
* Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wellbeing practice leaders, HR leaders, producers, etc.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership or business development, preferably in the wellbeing or healthcare industry.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
