Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold rigorous sanitation standards throughout the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
  • Maintain organized and hygienic storage spaces for all food products
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items at the end of each shift
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation

  • Exercise control over food security through regular inventory checks, accurate portioning, and proper storage procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • Effective communication skills with restaurant staff, management, and culinary team members
  • Ability to follow recipes and adhere to menu specifications
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 45 pounds
