Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team at Majestik Auto Spa, you will deliver prompt and courteous service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include operating the cash register and processing various payment methods efficiently. This role requires the use of electronic payment systems and cash handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Operate cash registers and electronic scanners with precision.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain accountability for cash transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain available services.
  • Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 4 consecutive hours.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers.
  • Responsible and punctual, demonstrating accountability in all tasks.
  • Physical ability to engage in activities such as lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.

Additional Information:

This position may require working outdoors in various weather conditions and in a noisy environment due to the operation of car wash equipment. The role involves constant movement and physical activity.
