Production Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Production Equipment: Safely and effectively operate various production equipment, including machinery, tools, and instruments, to meet production standards.
- Implement Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards, and report any deviations to the team leader or manager.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to achieve production goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
- Certifications and Training: Crane and forklift certifications a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Environmental Factors: Exposure to hazardous materials and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
